Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to shipping manifests and customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using our WMS system
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order fulfillment issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
