Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inventory management and cycle counting to maintain stock accuracy
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Maintain clean, organized work area following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner operation knowledge
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends as needed)
- Reliable transportation to facility for equipment training
