Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality control
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock rotation in compliance with FIFO standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
