Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisors
- Maintain organized work areas to ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free environments
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory rotation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
