Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse zones
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
