Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse management system instructions
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Inspect products for damage and quality assurance before shipment
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse aisles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas possible)
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow verbal/written instructions
