Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and cycle counts
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
