Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and seal orders using industry-standard techniques
- Verify product accuracy against pick tickets and manifests
- Operate automated packaging machinery and material handling equipment
- Maintain organized staging areas and inventory records
- Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams for seamless operations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99%+ accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/packing experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
