Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and real-time updates
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment (certification support available)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Experience with WMS systems a plus
