Responsibilities
- Pick and pack e-commerce orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ergonomic best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid CA driver's license (forklift training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Forklift certification a plus (not required)
