Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and pick lists
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform inventory counts and quality checks
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory movements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or order picking experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Pass background check and drug screening
