Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Verify product quality and quantity before shipment preparation
- Maintain organized inventory records and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
