Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist with inventory audits and warehouse organization projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order picking experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- RF scanner experience preferred
- Forklift certification a major plus (training available)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality mandatory
