Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Utilize company-provided RF scanners and warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Operate and maintain company-owned forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols using provided PPE and safety monitoring tools
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using provided logistics software
- Conduct performance reviews and implement team training programs
- Optimize warehouse layout using provided floor planning tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with equipment operation background
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and experience with electric/pneumatic equipment
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally (company-provided lifting equipment available)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
