Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking duties using RF scanners to locate and retrieve items.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips with physical inventory.
- Ensure pallets and shelves are organized and maintained according to safety protocols.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks safely and efficiently.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (e.g., organizing stock, cleaning).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or retail stocking role.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Willingness to work in various temperature conditions (climate-controlled facility).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
