Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld RF scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort and stage inventory according to warehouse protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and potential bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Must be safety-conscious and willing to undergo background checks.
