Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment including electric forklifts and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while handling materials
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Keep workstations organized and equipment properly maintained
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
