Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling tools safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflow and meet productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment with proper training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
