Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using provided RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate company-provided material handling equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with provided handheld devices
- Maintain organized workstations and ensure equipment is properly charged and stored
- Adhere to all safety protocols while operating provided warehouse machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided anti-fatigue mats
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for order accuracy
- Comfortable operating provided powered equipment (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided ergonomic lifting aids
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for equipment operation certification)
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee facility
