Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and powered equipment (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect and report damaged goods or equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
