Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and electric pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers with proper training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Organize and maintain clean workstations and storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment with provided training
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper equipment
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to work site
