Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, forklifts) to move and organize inventory
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Verify inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality checks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company training)
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
