Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Operate powered pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with provided technology
- Maintain clean, organized workstations using supplied ergonomic tools
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols with provided PPE and safety equipment
- Collaborate with team leads using provided communication devices
- Optimize picking routes using warehouse management system (WMS) tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic computer literacy (training provided on WMS systems)
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation certification)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail with provided quality control tools
