Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using provided electric pallet jacks and scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided) to move inventory through storage zones
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred (certification not required)
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to communicate effectively
