Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Operate material handling machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using provided technology
- Maintain organized and clean workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to 4567 Industrial Park Blvd
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check
