Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate company-owned forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
- Report equipment issues to maintenance team promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided supportive footwear
- Basic math and literacy skills for order verification
- Willingness to operate company-provided equipment after training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting equipment
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
