Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, label machines) safely
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Maintain organized staging areas and packing stations
- Update inventory systems with shipment data
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and workplace standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Parkway location
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
