Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and provided equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling tools safely
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Adhere to company quality standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Saint Paul facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
