Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using provided RF scanners and carts
- Operate company-provided equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment issues to maintenance team promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Commitment to workplace safety
