Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and powered equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts with provided handheld devices
- Operate company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols with provided PPE and equipment
- Optimize picking routes using provided warehouse management system
- Participate in cycle counts with provided inventory tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment (training included)
- Strong attention to detail with order accuracy requirements
- Basic computer literacy for provided inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided ergonomic equipment
- Reliable transportation to our Sacramento facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
