Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using company-provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate electric pallet trucks and order-picking equipment as assigned
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling materials and operating equipment
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes and efficiency
- Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper equipment assistance
- Basic computer literacy for operating scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
