Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse-provided equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.) for order picking
- Accurately select and pack orders according to specifications
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and verification
- Adhere to safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper equipment assistance
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
