Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using provided RF scanners
- Operate powered pallet jacks and warehouse equipment after training
- Maintain organized inventory in multi-level shelving systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment handling guidelines
- Collaborate with packing/shipping teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to the 456 Commerce Drive facility
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- No prior equipment operation experience required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
