Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Organize and restock inventory in designated zones
- Report equipment issues or warehouse concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use RF scanners
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability (morning/afternoon/evening shifts)
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
