Responsibilities
- Accurately process, sort, and package customer orders in a timely manner
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and cycle counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems for order tracking
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
