Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and company specifications.
- Verify accuracy of items against work orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, scanners, and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to identify any damage or defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
