Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, staged, and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and immediately report discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
