Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage units and monitor temperature/humidity levels
- Load/unload trucks using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all tasks
- Perform routine sanitation of storage areas and equipment
- Collaborate with warehouse team on efficient product flow
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F (0°C) to 0°F (-18°C) environments
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- No cold storage experience required – training provided
