Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Optimize picking routes to maximize productivity and meet/exceed daily KPIs
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing inventory to maintain stock integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order picking experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
