Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Operate powered industrial equipment (order pickers, pallet jacks) safely
- Optimize warehouse routes using our proprietary inventory management software
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train on new warehouse automation technologies as implemented
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/picking experience with proven speed metrics
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
