Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/picking experience in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, RF scanners)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications preferred
