Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Optimize warehouse workflow to meet daily targets
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet shipping deadlines
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation required
