Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain organized, clean workspaces to ensure operational efficiency
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures (refrigerated areas)
