Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation in a climate-controlled environment
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced team settings
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
