Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory zones and perform daily cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily throughput goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
- Train on WMS systems to optimize picking routes
- Support inventory audits and discrepancy resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- RF scanner experience or willingness to learn
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid CA driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
