Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Meet daily productivity targets in a high-volume fulfillment center
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to 1250 Technology Drive, Irvine
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Prior warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
