Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and robotics.
- Operate material handling equipment (towers, forklifts) safely according to protocols.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to maintain tight delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 49 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, often on concrete floors.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled environments).
- Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety labels and scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
