Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper aisle flow and safety compliance at all times.
- Verify product quantities against work orders to ensure accuracy and reduce errors.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work rotating shifts.
