Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Verify item accuracy and inspect goods for damage before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), to move stock.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
