Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product details against pick tickets to ensure 100% accuracy and minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided upon hire).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld devices or barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions as orders may be picked from outdoor docks.
